Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia (YSZ) ZrO2-Y2O3) CAS 64417-98-7 Sputtering Target Powder

Recently, on Sinopec's annual results teleconference, the company representative answered questions about the oil prices, and said that the future trend of oil prices is still very uncertain, and it is expected to be around $100 this year and $85 next year respectively.

Sinopec, "There are many factors affecting oil prices at the moment, including geopolitics, macroeconomic trends, the implementation of the policy of OPEC+, the strength of the US DOLLAR and so on. We see a lot of uncertainty in the future oil prices. It is impossible to predict the accurate price, but a general trend could be estimated."

According to Sinopec, international institutions generally have a forecast of around $100 this year and around $85 next year in the oil prices. As geopolitical problems and other issues ease next year, oil prices will be lower than this year.

The volatile oil prices in the international market will continue to affect lots of industries and the supply of many products, like the Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia (YSZ) Sputtering Target.

About Yttria Stabilized Zirconia:

Yttria Stabilized Zirconia is available both partially and fully stabilized. The chemical formula of Yttria Stabilized Zirconia is ZrO2-Y2O3.Grades are available for applications include structural ceramics for turbine blades and anti-ballistic and armour ceramics and ionically conductive uses. A variety of surface areas can be produced. Forms include tape casting powder, screen printable ink and plasma spray/thermal spray powder. Proprietary formulations can be produced under non-disclosure arrangements.

Yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) is a ceramic in which the cubic crystal structure of zirconium dioxide is made stable at room temperature by an addition of yttrium oxide. These oxides are commonly called "zirconia" (ZrO2) and "yttria" (Y2O3).

Application:
Used in the production of a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC). YSZ is used as the solid electrolyte, which enables oxygen ion conduction while blocking electronic conduction. In order to achieve sufficient ion conduction, an SOFC with a YSZ electrolyte must be operated at high temperatures (800 °C-1000 °C). While it is advantageous that YSZ retains mechanical robustness at those temperatures, the high temperature necessary is often a disadvantage of SOFCs. The high density of YSZ is also necessary in order to physically separate the gaseous fuel from oxygen, or else the electrochemical system would produce no electrical power.

For its hardness and optical properties in monocrystal form (see "cubic zirconia"), it is used as jewelry.

As a material for non-metallic knife blades, produced by Boker and Kyocera companies.

In water-based pastes for do-it-yourself ceramics and cements. These contain microscopic YSZ milled fibers or sub-micrometer particles, often with potassium silicate and zirconium acetate binders (at mildly acidic pH). The cementation occurs on removal of water. The resulting ceramic material is suitable for very high temperature applications.

Storage Condition of Yttria-stabilized zirconia:

Damp reunion will affect Yttria-stabilized zirconia dispersion performance and using effects, therefore,Yttria-stabilized zirconia should be sealed in vacuum packing and stored in cool and dry room, the Yttria-stabilized zirconia can not be exposure to air. In addition, the Yttria-stabilized zirconia should be avoided under stress.

Packing & Shipping of Yttria-stabilized zirconia:

We have many different kinds of packing which depends on the Yttria-stabilized zirconia quantity.

Yttria-stabilized zirconia packing:vacuum packing, 100g, 500g or 1kg/bag, 25kg/barrel, or as your request.

Yttria-stabilized zirconia shipping:could be shipped out by sea , by air, by express as soon as possible once payment receipt.

Yttria-stabilized zirconia, YSZ is a ceramic material that changes the phase transition temperature range of zirconia by adding yttrium oxide to produce cubic and tetragonal crystals that are stable at room temperature.

Russia is a major supplier of industrial metals such as nickel, aluminium and palladium. Russia and Ukraine are both major wheat exporters, and Russia and Belarus produce large amounts of potash, an input to fertiliser. The price and market of the Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia (YSZ) Sputtering Target will fluctuate under its influence. Prices of these goods have been rising since 2022 and are now likely to rise further because of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
